The set includes a handcrafted cast iron teapot, black cast iron trivet and two ceramic tea cups.   The cast iron teapot has an enameled interior to prevent rusting.  It also includes a removable stainless steel mesh infuser to trap brewing tea particles.  The cups feature a display of Japanese cherry blossoms.  The cups are microwave and dishwasher safe.  The trivet features rubber covers on the cast iron feet to protect your serving surface both from heat and scratches.
