Collected Information
As a general rule, RushGideon only collects personal information to fulfill orders or to respond to inquiries. This information includes contact information, such as the customer's name, address, email address and phone number, as well as their purchase history and credit card information. This information is provided by the customer on a voluntary basis and can be requested not to be retained at any time.

RushGideon also collects website usage data from its site visitors. This information is not captured for personal identification purposes. Instead, it is used to find domain names of browsers bringing visitors into the site, the areas they visited, navigation patterns, when they visited and length of stay.

 

Use of Cookies
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through a Web browser (if enabled) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help remember and process the items in your shopping cart. RushGideon does not share its customer information except as needed to process order transactions with its trusted trade partners. Trade partners agree to comply with all RushGideon privacy policies and may assist with shipping orders, processing credit card transactions or providing promotional services.

 

Protecting Visitor Information
RushGideon uses a number of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information. All personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to these systems and are required to keep the information confidential. When customers place orders or access personal information, it is access from our secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.  See our Security Policy.

Customer Contact
RushGideon provides customers with the option to receive emails or mailings about new products or special offers at time of registration. Since change is inevitable, RushGideon makes it easy for customers to update their records to either begin receiving or suspend communications simply by visiting My Account and changing preferences.

When responding to an order inquiry, RushGideon will only contact customers by phone as needed to answer a question or to resolve an issue with an order. RushGideon guarantees that it will not contact customers with promotional or "courtesy" calls.

RushGideon periodically updates its privacy policy in response to customer questions or changes in the business environment. Any changes to this policy will be posted in this section on the website.
